In between making handmade delights for Bale and Twine, I love to explore cooking, gardening etc… Recently I decided to try making homemade pasta, something I have wanted to do for years! It did involve some kneading which I did not expect but other than that it was smooth sailing. The pasta absorbs the sauce so much more than store bought pasta and with our yummy farm fresh eggs was a real treat! Enjoy the pics!
